The CFS assurance process
CFS has commissioned four organisations to provide audit and commentary on its 2003 Sustainability Report.
The assurance providers
justassurance acts as CFS' 'Sustainability Auditor'. They verify the accuracy of the data and commentary within the Sustainability Report. Utilising the AA1000 Assurance Standard, they also comment on the materiality, completeness and responsiveness of the reporting of CFS' activities in relation to delivering value, social responsibility and ecological sustainability.
The expert commentators
Assessments of performance are commissioned from experts in the fields of delivering value, social responsibility and ecological sustainability. These expert commentators are provided with copies of the draft report and provide commentary on CFS' actual performance.
