The Board of Co-operative Banking Group Limited and its subsidiary Co-operative Bank Plc announce today that Rodney Baker Bates will not be seeking re-appointment as a Director and Deputy Chair in Co-operative Banking Group Limited and its subsidiaries when his current term of office concludes on 31 July 2012. A recruitment process for the replacement of Rodney Baker-Bates will now commence.
